During a walk around the PTS (Princeton Seminary) campus yesterday I saw these formations I had kept noticing, and decided to take a few photographs. This morning I made perhaps the best latte art I’ve ever done on our home espresso machine. It’s not complete perfection, but then again, it is a cheap machine. Espen didn’t quite appreciate it as much as I did, but coffee is an acquired taste, and I’m sure he’ll come around in a few years…
