		<description>My dad taught me how to do flips from an age similar to Espen&#039;s.  He&#039;d lay on his back and we&#039;d rest ourselves on his shins, then he&#039;d grab our arms and flips us over his head.  It really instilled a sense of safety while flying through the air...guess I haven&#039;t ever forgotten that since.</description>
