hometown: newberg, oregon.

This is Newberg, where I currently live.  It’s been typical off-and-on stormy weather today, and I love it.  I grew up in Portland and have never lost a love for this weather.  When it pours rain for 5 minutes, then is blue sky for 15, then storms again, it reminds me that breaks are always good.  Standing on the side of the country road, watching this ebb and flow of storm and still thread its way through the valley, I pulled out my camera to capture a reminder for myself that its ok to slow down and breath throughout the week, the day, or even this very hour.
