Espen of the week…

Here are a few of the many images I’ve taken recently of EP.  I hope everyone is getting outdoors and enjoying the fall! Fact: he is totally in to playdough, and welcomes anyone to the table for some good ol’ fashioned fun. Fact: tractors are anyone’s best friend. Fact: although he is tall to begin...

Leslie - let’s see- he was born feb. 1 so that makes him alive (out of the womb) for 21 mos. so, I figure you take 20 pics per week – 21 mos = roughly 92 weeks so 92 x 20 = 1840. that’s my answer.

Diane - Must be in the neighborhood of oh, say…939 :-) And tomorrow I get to see the real thing! But thanks for taking all the great photos, Joel.

Visitors in town…

Our cousins are out for the week, and it has been such a blast having them here with us!  EP has been having a great time playing and making close friends with them, as well as learning to share with everything he has come to know and term as “mine”.  Good times.  Below are a...

June Kuitert - Joel, your photos are gorgeous. We had the most amazing fall colors this fall in Oregon, but you really capture the color. Some day I want to travel to the east coast in the fall and see the colors. Seren is my daughter, Krystal’s, best friend and we are following their travels. Nice to be able to stop and see family. The kids tied in a knot was adorable. I love those little guys. Thanks for taking care of our sweet Oregon friends!!! June

Bryan Rupp - Joel these shots look great man! I like the top shot where all of the children are kind of tied in a knot. You’re getting some beautiful colors on the East coast. I’m a little bit jealous of your new camera, but very excited for you! Seeing the golf course and the canal bring back great memories of “Cross Country Extravaganza 2008! ” YEA! Miss you man.

Fire at first dawn…

This morning I awoke to Cherice telling me there had been a frost, now the sun was melting it, there was mist everywhere, it was fall…I’m not sure if she was just being very efficient at getting me out of bed first thing or not, but it sure was a beautiful morning.  I decided to...
