That’s right, we were in the middle of an incident here in Newberg! It began with a phone call…pipes leaking…roof flooding into storefronts. When we arrived there was a smell like hot wires and a hint of smoke. After shutting off the water to the entire building (!) I heard running water through the door...

We got together at the Rupp’s place for baked goods, mulled wine, white elephant gifts, telephone pictionary, and a lot of laughs.
